CLIMB GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
Volume 2:
The Two Medicine Valley and Firebrand Pass
This volume features peaks in the fabulous Two Medicine Valley. In this book you will be shown how to safely climb two of Glacier National Parks' iconic peaks.
This area is much more isolated and has a relaxed pace when compared to Logan Pass or Many Glacier. Spend some time in the southwest area of the park and see it from the summits!
In addition to the survival and emergency information found in Volume One, Dr. Brad Roy has written a section on Conditioning For Climbing.
There are also some sweet photos taken from a helicopter. Other features include GPS and UTM Coordinates, bigger route photos, more information on trail hikes, and information regarding back country permits.
There are 27 routes in this book so a few of the peaks have multiple routes.
The book still has all of the other juicy details found in Volume One as well.
That's a lot of stuff!
